| ID | Title | Source | Classification | Disposition | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
ADR-0001 | Two-plane versioning: wire version vs artifact release version | SCH-19, brief D1 | editorial (policy) | docs/adr/ADR-0001-two-plane-versioning.md | Accepted |
ADR-0002 | The 1.0.1 delta is surgical: three schema changes, a bounded set of example edits, one annex — the shipped list is COMPATIBILITY.md §2 and §3 | App. D #1, SCH-03, SCH-04, SCH-07 | patch-correction (policy) | docs/adr/ADR-0002-corrective-release-delta-scope.md | Accepted |
ADR-0003 | Profile-validator strictness and error-code registry stability | App. D #4, SCH-01, SCH-02, SCH-21 | patch-correction (policy) | docs/adr/ADR-0003-validator-strictness-and-code-stability.md | Accepted |
ADR-0004 | Provenance action extensibility | App. D #2, REC-11, WIRE-30, REV-16 | additive-1.1 | docs/adr/ADR-0004-provenance-action-extensibility.md | Accepted — conditionally (C1–C5) |
ADR-0005 | Lineage representation | brief D5/D6, WIRE-30, REV-17 | additive-1.1 | docs/adr/ADR-0005-lineage-representation.md | Accepted — model adopted, shape revised |
ADR-0006 | Is redactions[].salted_sha256 mandatory? | App. D #8, SPEC-02, SCH-14 · §16.5, REV-18 | open-ADR → additive-1.1 | docs/adr/ADR-0006-redaction-salted-hash-mandatory.md | Accepted — revised Option A, version-gated |
ADR-0007 | Model-bundle manifest hashing | App. D #5, SC-01, SC-02, SC-03, MOD-04, REV-19 | additive-1.1 | docs/adr/ADR-0007-model-bundle-manifest-hashing.md | Accepted — principle adopted, construction revised |
ADR-0008 | embedding.dim/dtype become REQUIRED for 1.1 records | App. D #15, SCH-08, REC-07, REV-20 | additive-1.1 | docs/adr/ADR-0008-embedding-dim-dtype-mandatory.md | Accepted as written |
All eight are now Accepted, and the VER standards track has no open decisions. ADR-0006 was the last one; the 23 August owner review closed it as revised Option A (§10, REV-18), so VER1002 keeps its warning severity for 1.0.x records permanently — not because the question is open but because the answer is version-gated and a 1.0 record is judged by 1.0.
Accepted is not ratified. ADR-0004 is accepted conditionally and its five conditions are unmet; ADR-0005's eight semantic fixtures and ADR-0008's byte-order and encoder tests do not exist. The five 1.1 ADRs remain reversible at ratification, and reversing one edits the draft, never a published artifact. standards/ver/1.1-draft/RELEASE.md carries the blocking rows.
